The Construction of Hefeng New Factory is Being Accelerated

By August, the construction of the 1st phase of the Luoyang Smart Home Industrial Park in Yibin District is being accelerated to ensure that it will be put into production as scheduled.

This project is a key project of the city. It plans to build a smart zero-carbon production base, a smart logistics park, an innovative cross-border Electronic Commerce center, and a conference and exhibition center. By refining the industrial chain and optimizing the functional layout, it will accelerate the creation of a smart home industry innovation base and a new engine for transformation and development.

At present, the construction of the factory buildings of the 3 companies, Luoyang Hefeng and the other 2 companies settled in the first phase of the project has entered the final stage, and it is expected to achieve the production target in September. After the project is fully put into production, it can achieve an annual sales revenue of 1.5 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 100 million yuan, and drive the employment of thousands of people in the surrounding areas.

Focusing on the construction of the new plant, Hefeng will carry out intelligent upgrades, which are expected to increase production capacity by more than 30%, reduce scrap rate and increase turnover rate by more than 25%, and increase the comprehensive per capita output value by 40%.
