Our factory spans 120,000 square meters and comprises 13 production workshops.Leveraging advanced automation and our strict quality control team,we can maintain a monthly production capacity of 100,000 units,ensuring precision and excellence in every piece produced.

2024
we built a new factory with area of 100,000㎡, including 3 intelligent workshops equipped with advanced equipment and production lines. The story of Hefeng continues…
2023
we built a new 3-layer workshop with a usable area of over 10,000 square meters. So far this year, we have six powder painting lines in total, and our monthly output reach to 65,000 pcs.
2022
New Workshop while bringing in 2 new painting lines
2021
Hefeng introduced more CNC equipment and laser welding machines, enlarging another 10,000㎡ areas and bringing in a new painting line to the newly established workshop. In 2023, we built a new 3-layer workshop with a usable area of over 10,000 square meters. So far this year, we have six powder painting lines in total, and our monthly output reach to 65,000 pcs.
