First Batch of Steel Office Furniture Completed in New Factory

February 14, 2025, marks a historic day for Hefeng as the company successfully completed its first batch of steel office furniture products in the new factory. The products, which underwent manufacturing, powder coating, and seamless packaging, are now ready for shipment.

Hefeng new factory boasts advanced equipment, including AMADA CNC punching machines, bending machines, robotic arms, and dual powder coating lines. These innovations have significantly enhanced production efficiency and product precision, positioning Hefeng as a leader in the steel furniture industry.

Since its completion in December 2024, the new factory underwent rigorous equipment debugging, which was finalized before the Lunar New Year. After the Chinese New Year holiday, operations resumed simultaneously at both the new and old facilities. With equipment testing, staff training, and workflow optimization progressing smoothly, Hefeng is now operating at full capacity. The return of the final batch of workers has further accelerated production and shipping, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
